How do I determine my correct size for Crockett & Jones shoes?
Our shoes are primarily made in UK sizes. Since we offer various 'Lasts' (the wooden forms used to shape the shoe), fit can vary. We recommend consulting our comprehensive Last Guide or visiting a retail store for a professional fitting.
Do you offer a repair and refurbishment service?
Yes, we offer a full factory refurbishment service for Goodyear-welted shoes. This includes a complete strip-down and rebuild using original components to ensure your footwear lasts for decades.
What is your international shipping policy?
We offer global shipping via premium couriers. Delivery times and costs vary by destination, and all orders are fully tracked. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
To maintain the longevity of your shoes, we recommend using high-quality wax polish, cedar shoe trees to maintain shape, and allowing at least 24 hours between wears to let the leather dry naturally.
What is your return policy for online orders?
Items purchased online can be returned within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in unworn, pristine condition and in their original packaging. We recommend trying shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles.
Are your shoes Goodyear-welted?
Yes, the majority of our collection is Goodyear-welted in our Northampton factory. This traditional construction method allows for multiple resoling and provides superior water resistance and durability.
