Return Process

  Ensure your shoes are unworn and have been tried on only on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the leather soles.

  Complete Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment, specifying whether you require a size exchange or a refund to your original payment method.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items back in their original Crockett & Jones green box and use a sturdy outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Dispatch Parcel

  Affix the provided return label and drop the parcel at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
